ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਰੇਡ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਏ ਇਥੋਂ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਤਤਾਰੀਏਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ 12 ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਮ ਹੈ। ਇਥੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮਾਸਟਰ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਨਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 23 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਦਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ, ਨਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਭਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਰੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗਏ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਭੜਕਾਊ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗਏ ਸਨ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਮ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਡੁੱਬੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 26 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਸਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਫੋਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦਿਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਹਿੰਸਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਰੋਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਮ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਅਪਾਹਜ਼ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਤੀ ਭਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਰੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ। ਉਹ ਅਪਾਹਜ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਕੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਔਰਤ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗਏ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਕ-ਆਊਟ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਲਤ -ਕੈਪਟਨ

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਕ ਆਊਟ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮੁਲਕ ਛੱਡ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਤੌਖ਼ਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤਰਕਹੀਣ ਹਨ ਸਗੋਂ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਭੱਜ ਕੇ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ? ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਘੱਟ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਛੋਟੀ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹਨ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਜੈ ਮਾਲਿਆ, ਨੀਰਵ ਮੋਦੀ, ਲਲਿਤ ਮੋਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੇਹੁਲ ਚੋਕਸੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਭਗੌੜੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਮੁਲਕ ਦਾ ਅਰਬਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਸਰਮਾਇਆ ਲੁੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ,‘ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਮੱਛੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੇ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।’

ਯੂ ਪੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਧਰਨੇ ਉਪਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਨਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਹੁਕਮ

ਸੜਕ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਮਰ ਕੱਸੇ

ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਆਗੂ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਧਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ

ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਯੂਪੀ ਗੇਟ-ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਬਾਰਡਰ ’ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸੜਕ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਮਰ ਕੱਸ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਟੁਕ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਥੋਂ ਉੱਠ ਜਾਣ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਥੋਂ ਜਬਰੀ ਹਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਧਰਨਾ ਨਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਬਜ਼ਿੱਦ ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਆਗੂ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖ਼ੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲੲੇਗਾ, ਪਰ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਯੂਪੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਯੋਗੀ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆਨਾਥ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਧਰਨੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਨੀਮ ਫੌਜੀ ਬਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੁਕੜੀਆਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਡੀਐਮ ਅਜੈ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਪਾਂਡੇ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਲਕਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਕਬੂਲ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੇ ਗੋਡੇ ਨਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਬਾਰਡਰ ’ਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਧਰਨੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਜਾਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ’ਚ ਤਲਖੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਸੀ। ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਤਰਜਮਾਨ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਸੂਖ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੱਕ ਧਰਨਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।’ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਧਰਨੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਗੁੰਡੇ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਦੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਮਲਿਕ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਵਕ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਯੂਪੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਬਾਰਡਰ ’ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ, ਪਰ ਯੂਪੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਨੀਤੀ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਯੂਪੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਹੈ।

ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਲਈ ਦਰਜ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 37 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ 44 ਆਗੂਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੁਕਆਊਟ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਆਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਲਕ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ਧ੍ਰੋਹ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 124ਏ (ਦੇਸ਼ਧ੍ਰੋਹ) ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਆਰੰਭ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲੇ ’ਚ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਝੰਡਾ ਝੁਲਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਐੈੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਦੀਪ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਕਾਰਕੁਨ ਬਣੇ ਲੱਖਾ ਸਿਧਾਣਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਉਧਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਰੇਡ ਮਾਰਚ ਮੌਕੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਰੂਟ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਲਈ ਦਰਜ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ 30 ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਿਸਟਲ, ਗੋਲੀਸਿੱਕਾ ਤੇ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਗੰਨ ਖੋਹਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਕੁੱਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ 33 ਐਫ਼ਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਨ.ਸ੍ਰੀਵਾਸਤਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਰੇਡ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਈ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੁਕਆਊਟ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।’ ਸ੍ਰੀਵਾਸਵਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਰਾਦਾ ਕਤਲ, ਦੰਗਾ ਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ, ਯੋਗੇਂਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ, ਮੇਧਾ ਪਾਟੇਕਰ ਸਮੇਤ 37 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪਾਲ, ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੜੂਨੀ, ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ, ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਗਰਾਹਾਂ, ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੂਲ, ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ, ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ਤੇ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਅਮਲੇ ਨਾਂ ਇਕ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖਦਿਆਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਫ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸ੍ਰੀਵਾਸਤਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਾਬਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਸ਼ੋ-ਹਵਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਸਿੱਝਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਲਿਹਾਜ਼ਾ ਅਮਲਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੌਕਸ ਰਹੇ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਸਵਰਾਜ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਯੋਗੇਂਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਤੇ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ਸਮੇਤ 20 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨੋਟਿਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਰੇਡ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ, ਲਿਹਾਜ਼ਾ ਉਹ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਡਾ.ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ’ਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਆਊਟ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ’ਚ ਹੋਈ ਲੜੀਵਾਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਗਰੋਂ 25 ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨੌਇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਾਈ ਬੈਠੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ (ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ) ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਧਰਨਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਈਏਐੱਨਐੱਸ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਸੈੱਲ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਦੰਗਾਈਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਗ਼ੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਰੋਕੂ ਐਕਟ (ਯੂਏਪੀਏ) ਆਇਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਧ੍ਰੋਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

Ludhiana girl Miss Namya Joshi (14) has been awarded with the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puruskar 2021. A resident of E-block of Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Namya is a student of class 8 at Sat Paul Mittal School of the city. Namya interacted with Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video conferencing facility from the Deputy Commissioner office Ludhiana. She was also accompanied by her father Kunal Joshi and mother Monica Joshi.

Namya Joshi has been awarded under scholastic/but awarded in innovation category.

The only child of her parents, Namya says that she wants to become an entrepreneur where she wants to make learning fun through technology. Namya who has conducted multiple Skype sessions for both teachers and students to initiate them into the use of Minecraft in classes, had also met Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella on stage at the ‘Young Innovators’ Summit’ held at Delhi in February 2020.

Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma specially honoured Namya Joshi and her parents in the District Administrative Complex today and wished her good luck in her future life. He said that Ludhiana is proud of their daughters and several initiatives have been started by the Punjab government for the welfare of girl childs. He said that girls have always excelled in different fields and hopes that Namya would make entire country proud by her achievements.

Taking Punjab government’s flagship ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar & Karobar Mission’ forward, Cabinet Minister Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria launched a Mega Self Employment Loan Mela in Ludhiana. The main function in this regard was presided over by Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh through video conferencing from Patiala.

This event was a culmination to the special loan melas held across the state during October-December 2020, wherein 1.70 lakh youth were assisted in getting self-employment loans from various banks in Punjab.

Mr Sarkaria handed over loan sanction certificates to 5 beneficiaries at a district-level function organised at District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE) Ludhiana.

He informed that with the efforts of Punjab government, more than 15 lakh youth have been facilitated in getting employment in Private/Government sector or Self-Employment since the Capt Amarinder Singh led government took over the state’s reins in March 2017, translating into 1100 youth benefitting every day from the Mission.

He further revealed that during this period, 8.8 Lakh youth had been facilitated for self-employment, while 5.69 Lakh youth had got jobs in the private sector and 58,258 in the Government sector in the state.

In a major initiative for the empowerment of women, the Punjab government also kick-started the National Girl Child Day celebrations with a clarion call to the society to come forward to protect the life and liberty of girls.

Underlining the need for creating grassroot-level awareness to further improve Punjab’s Girl Child Sex Ratio, which had gone up from 890/1000 in 2013-14 to 920/1000 during 2019-20, the Cabinet Minister said Punjab government’s decision to dedicate the month of January as ‘Dheeyan Di Lohri’ was a step in this direction.

Mr Sarkaria listed out various measures taken by the Punjab government to nurture women power, including 30% reservation for women in Government jobs, 50% reservation in Panchayat and Local Body elections, One Stop Centre Scheme in all Districts to support women and girls who are victims of violence or conflict, among others. He pointed out that the recently announced 50% concession in bus fare for women scheme would be launched shortly.

The Cabinet Minister also felicitated five beneficiaries of different social security schemes on the occasion. On this occasion, sanction letters were also handed over to the beneficiaries of the Ration Depot allotment scheme.

Cabinet Minister Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria today congratulated Gill MLA Mr Kuldeep Singh Vaid as the Dhandra cluster has been judged best in the state and second best in the country in terms of development and speed of work. He said that it has been possible only due to the efforts of Mr Kuldeep Singh Vaid and his team, along with the District Administration Ludhiana officials.

Mr Sarkaria today inaugurated different development projects worth Rs 1.27 crore of Dhandra cluster at a function organised at village Dhandra, near here. These projects included inauguration of rural huts, a library, sewerage, streets besides others.

While speaking on the occasion, Mr Sarkaria said that the Capt Amarinder Singh led Punjab government is committed for carrying out overall development of the state. He said that several projects worth crores have been started in different parts of the state and would be completed shortly.

On this occasion, he also handed over cheques to the gram panchayats of various villages of Gill constituency.

Later, in the presence of Ludhiana East MLA Mr Sanjay Talwar, Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma, GLADA Chief Administrator Mr PS Gill and others, he launched the brochure regarding the state of the art GLADA Eastend Club, that is being developed in Sector 39 A on Chandigarh Road, here.

Mr Sanjay Talwar informed that applications for the first batch of 700 members are invited from general public and officers from January 27, 2021 onwards and the eligibility criteria is mentioned on the website, http://glada.gov.in. He said that interested persons can submit their applications along with the enrolment free till February 28, 2021.

Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria also released a calendar in form of pictorial visuals depicting “Spiritual Journey of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji” by Advocate Mr Harpreet Sandhu, at Circuit House, here today. The district-level Republic Day function was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervour at Guru Nanak Stadium, here today. On this occasion, Punjab Water Resources, Mines & Geology, Houseing and Urban Development Minister Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria was the chief guest on the occasion who unfurled the National Flag, inspected the guard of honour and also took salute from the parade.

On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma and Commissioner of Police Mr Rakesh Agrawal were also present. The march past was led by ACP Mr Randhir Singh.

While speaking on the occasion, Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria remembered contribution of Dr BR Ambedkar towards the Constitution of India, due to which all countrymen are treated equal. He said that Constitution of India is a charter of rights and duties of fellow countrymen and also called upon the people to follow the constitution while fulfilling their duties towards our country, which would be the real tribute to our freedom fighters. He also appreciated the efforts of our armed forces for their service towards our nation.

Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria also urged the Punjabis to contribute for overall development of the state because development of any state or region is not possible without the active support and contribution of its residents.

Congratulating the audience on this occasion in his speech, Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria remembered the sacrifices made by freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the independence of the country. He called upon the people especially the youth to contribute towards the progress of the nation and the state.

He reiterated that the Capt Amarinder Singh led Congress Government in the state would leave no stone unturned to restore the glory of the state and the government is committed to bringing Punjab back on the path of development.

The chief guest also honoured the achievers from different fields. He also distributed tricycles and sewing machines to needy persons. It is pertinent to mention that in view of Covid 19 pandemic and the government directions, no cultural function or PT show was organised on the occasion.

The Chief Guest also flagged off 14 tableaus of different departments, who had displayed their achievements.

ADCP RUPINDER KAUR SRA GETS “PRAMAN PATRA” FOR HER OUTSTANDING DUTY DURING COVID19

For her outstanding duty during Covid 19, ADCP Miss Rupinder Kaur Sra has been awarded “Praman Patra” by the Punjab government.

Along with her routine duties as ADCP special branch, she had also contributed as Nodal officer for Covid 19 for Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

During the peak of COVID 19, ADCP Miss Sra interacted with Covid positive police officials, checked their health status at Hospitals tracking other comorbidities. She also helped the patients with beds, monitored Webex Sessions where positive officials were counselled by doctors and psychologists and WhatsApp based Corona warrior group regularly.

She also launched various awareness drives to promote use of mask to check second wave of Covid, masks were distributed in slum areas, sanitary napkins were distributed to women in slums during Curfew and awareness for menstrual health. She also launched a drive to arrest Proclaimed offenders and it was due to her efforts that in short span of time, 18 PO’s were arrested by her team.

Chief Guest Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra Chairman, Punjab youth development board honoured Gold Medalist Mr. Sandeep Singh Mann who won the title of Senior National Wrestling Championship Freestyle-2021 for bringing repute to Punjab.

On this occasion Chairman Mr Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that Punjab Government has always stood shoulder to shoulder with the Youth of the State and also distributing Sports Kits to the Youth for their advancement in Sports and staying away from drugs with this special efforts are being made for the Youth of the State to make Punjab’s name in golden in the field of sports at national and international level in future.

He said Let us remember & honor the sacrifices our valiant freedom fighters, our farmers & pledge to stay committed in the prosperity of our nation.

Taking a big leap towards women empowerment, the Capt Amarinder Singh led Punjab government has already dedicated January month to the girl child. A slew of activities are being organised across the state and the district level “Dheeiyan Di Lohri” function was organised at Ludhiana on January 18, 2021.
A district-level function on the occasion of International Girl Child Day would be organised in the premises of District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, Partap Chowk, here tomorrow. Cabinet Minister Mr Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria would be the chief guest on the occasion, while Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh would join through video conferencing.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Mr Sandeep Kumar informed that the District Administration is committed for welfare of girl child in our district. He said that to ensure maximum participation of the families of newly born girls in the district level “Dheeiyan Di Lohri” function, the District Administration had identified 452 new born girls from areas falling under Ludhiana city, out of which 61 were honoured during this function.
informed that the families of 61 girl childs were honoured during the district-level function on January 18, 2021. He informed that due to government directions regarding Covid 19, the District Administration could not invite all of them in this function and that is why, the officials are visiting door to door and honouring such families. The families are being honoured with baby kits containing baby blankets, a photo frame, sweets and some other goodies along with congratulatory letters penned and signed by the Chief Minister.
He said that the Punjab government would also start providing free sanitary pads to all girl students of high schools and colleges besides those residing in rural areas, especially the slums across the state. He hoped that such steps would inculcate a sense of self confidence among these girls.
District Programme Officer Mr Gulbahar Singh informed that during the peak of Covid 19, Aanganwari and Asha workers used to visit all households located in urban and rural areas of the district and interacted with adolescent girls aged between 11-14. He said that these girls were educated about Child Marriage Act, Domestic Violence Act, about health and nutrition, anaemia, career counselling, importance of using sanitary pads etc. He informed that to reduce the school dropout rate amongst girl students, the Aanganwari Workers and officials from the education department also visit every household and motivate families about the importance of education.

ਥਾਣਾ ਮੋਤੀ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਗਰ ਵਿਖੇ 19-1-21 ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ % ਸਵ: ਜੱਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਗੁੱਜਰਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਾ ਪਿੱਕਅੱਪ ਗੱਡੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ।ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 4 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 4,50 ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਗਰ ਨੇਡ਼ੇ ਸੰਕਰ ਢਾਬਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਦੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ 10 ਮਿੰਟ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਚੋਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫ਼ਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਅੱਜ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅੱਗੇ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਛੇਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਭਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਡਿਊਟੀ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਮੋਤੀ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਏਐੱਸਆਈ ਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੋਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਗਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਏਰੀਏ ਦੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਚੈੱਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਗੱਡੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭੀ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਭਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਪਿੰਡ ਵਜੀਦਕੇ ਖੁਰਦ ਵਿਖੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ (ਕਾਦੀਆ) ਦੇ ਇਕਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਜੀਦਕੇ ਖੁਰਦ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਲੋਂ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਜੀਦਕੇ ਖੁਰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਜੀਦਕੇ ਖੁਰਦ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਤੇ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਉਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਲਈ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੱਕ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਣ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਜੀਦਕੇ ਖੁਰਦ ਦੇ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾ, ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕਲੱਬ, ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਿੱਕਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਕ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਂਬਰ, ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੁੰਦਲ, ਜੱਗਾ ਹੁੰਦਲ, ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹੀ, ਸੀਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਲਤੇਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਕਾਬਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਹਿਬ ਸਿੰਘ, ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ,ਬਿੱਲੂ ਮਿਸਤਰੀ, ਅਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੀਕੇਯੂ (ਕਾਦੀਆ) ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਥਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਨਾ

ਮਹਿਲ ਕਲਾਂ/ਬਰਨਾਲਾ-ਜਨਵਰੀ 2021 (ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਹੀ)-

ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ ਤੋਂ ਬੀ ਕੇ ਯੂ ਸਿੱਧੂਪੁਰ ਤੇ ਬੀ ਕੇ ਯੂ ਕਾਦੀਆ ਦੀ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਬਲਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਗਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ ਤੇ ਬਲਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗੁਰਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਜ਼ੋ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਰੇਖ ਹੇਠ 35 ਟੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਥਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ 'ਚੋਂ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਕਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ 2-2 ਟਰਾਲੀਆਂ ਜੋੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆ ਸਨ। ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਟਰਾਲੀ 'ਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਟਰਾਲੀ 'ਚ ਰਸਦ-ਪਾਣੀ, ਬਾਲਣ, ਪਾਣੀ, ਗੈਸ ਸਿਲੰਡਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਇਸਤਮਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਚੀਜਾਂ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ ਦੇ ਮਨੀ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ USA, ਗੱਗੀ ਬਾਜਵਾ US A, ਰਮਨਾ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ AUS, ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਕਨੈਡਾ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਜਮੰਦਾ US A ਦਾਨੀ ਸੱਜਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਲੜਾਈ 'ਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਪਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ , ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਵੱਲੋ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ । ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਸਿੱਧੂਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਜਿਲਾ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਾਧੀ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ, ਇਕਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੀਤੀ, ਤਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ, ਡਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੋਗਾ ਗਿੱਲ ਬੀ ਕੇ ਯੂ ਕਾਦੀਆ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ ਇਕਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੱਘਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਸਹਿਜੜਾ, ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਮੰਦਾ, ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੋਲਾ, ਬਿੰਦੂ ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਸਮਸੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ,ਸੁਖਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਚ ਹਰਮਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਚ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੱਟੀ ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਾਮਲ ਸਨ।

ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਫ਼ਲਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਿਰਭੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪਿੰਡ ਛੀਨੀਵਾਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਛੀਨੀਵਾਲ, ਨਿਰਭੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਰਨਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਬਲਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੁਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਹਿਲ, ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੀਹਲਾ, ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਰੜ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਹੀ ਹੇਠ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਥਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ।ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਿਰਭੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਹੀ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 3 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲਗਭਗ 3 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਨੇ ਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਰੱਦ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ।
