ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਓਲ ਆਈ.ਏ.ਐੱਸ. ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਰੈਣਗੜ੍ਹ ਝੁੱਗੀਆਂ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਫੇਜ਼ 3 ਬੀ-1 ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਰੀਟੋਰੀਅਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
In a bid to get first hand information about the ground realities of Government Schools and to know ongoing quality education activities, a high-level delegation of Maharashtrian Education Dept led by by Secretary School Education and Sports Department of Maharashtra Ranjit Singh Deol visited Government Primary School Nariangarh Jhunghian, Government Model Senior Secondary School Phase 3B1 and Meritorious School Mohali.
