Chandigarh, 19 May-(Jan Shakti News)- Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, IPS Punjab Cadre, Inspector General of Police has shared his photograph on Twitter with Voters Card in one hand and showing the sign of indelible ink on the left hand fore-finger, that he has exercised his voting rights. Added here, the Election Commission of India has directed the Punjab government to divest IPS officer Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh of his charge as inspector general of police (crime), and the additional charge of organised crime control unit (OCCU) for “violating” the model code of conduct. Following the directions of the EC, the Punjab government has posted Kunwar Vijay Pratap as inspector general of counter intelligence Amritsar.
